Pam hails from Isaan, Thailand—not just geographically far from Melbourne, but also spiritually distant from the Insta-fitness fluff most people choke on. At 29, with a background in Muay Thai and 8 years of real-world training experience, she’s less about hype and more about results.

She specialises in fixing what your YouTube “mobility routine” broke: rotator cuffs, weak glutes, sleepy scapulae, and your core, which, let’s face it, stopped functioning during your third desk job. She combines movement drills, old-school rehab, and enough gentleness to keep your ego intact while your form gets a reality check.

Most of her clients aren’t bodybuilders. They’re people who want to move well, lift without pain, and not feel like their joints are made of IKEA hinges. She doesn’t scream. She doesn’t judge.
